Welcome to Junk Journal January

Welcome! This is the central hub for Junk Journal January — a creative workshop built around simple daily prompts.

Whether you’re joining on the first day or finding this partway through the month, you’re right on time. There’s no catching up required and no set schedule to follow.

Inside this workshop, you’ll find all of the daily prompts in one place. Each prompt is a single word, meant to inspire small, approachable journal projects. Some days you may create a full-page or mini project; other days, you might add a small detail or layer. Every approach is valid.

You can work through the prompts in order, jump around, or repeat favorites. If you miss a day, pick up where you feel inspired. This workshop is designed to support creativity, not pressure.

How to use this space

• A free printable project pack will be released daily. You can access the download below that day's video.

• Spend as little or as much time as you like each day.

• Use the supplies you already have. (You can use a blank notebook, altered book etc. if you don't wish to make a journal for this event.)

• Return to this page anytime to find the full list of prompts.
